The characteristics of the planetary mixer
The planetary mixer is a new type of high efficient mixed mixing equipment without dead point. It has a unique mixing form. When the planet frame rotates, the two stirring axes in the driving box revolve around the barrel, and the mixing shaft runs at a high speed, so that the material is subjected to a strong shearing effect and the effect of full dispersion and mixing is achieved. The shaving cutter in the external equipment rotates around the axis of the cylinder, scraping the material on the wall and participating in the mixed shear, so that there is no residual material in the wall, and the mixing effect is more ideal. The cylinder body uses a special sealing structure, which can be pressurized or vacuum stirred, and has good defoaming effect. The cylinder can be designed according to the needs of the customer. For heating or cooling, the cylinder cover is hydraulic lifting, convenient for operation and cleaning, and the barrel can move freely.
